Quality Assurance (Pre-Construction)

Focused on planning, verification, and preventive measures to ensure the project is built right from the start.

Our QA Services Include:

  • Certification that the proposed design — especially structural integrity — complies with Standard Codes and Project Specifications.
  • Preparation of a comprehensive Project Quality Plan and corresponding procedures.
  • Assistance to designers in resolving Requests for Information (RFIs) and conflicts between drawings and specifications.
  • Oversight of quality requirements prior to Pre-Activity Training and Orientation on Quality (PATOQ), ensuring all documents and plans are complete.
  • Review and evaluation of Method Statements, Testing Plans, and contractor/subcontractor submissions prior to client approval.
  • Verification of the correct and satisfactory implementation of PATOQ protocols.

Quality Control (Construction Phase)

Focused on monitoring, inspection, testing, and enforcing compliance throughout the construction phase.

Our QC Services Include:

  • Submission of regular QC documentation such as Daily PIRs, Weekly and Monthly Scorecards, and NCR Monitoring Reports.
  • Strict implementation of the “No PATOQ, No Work” Policy to minimize errors and prevent rework.
  • Conducting Quality Management By Walking Around (QMBWA) with client and contractor QC teams.
  • Witnessing all material sampling and on-site testing, including tracking and analysis of results.
  • Ensuring full compliance with client-approved plans, processes, and quality procedures.
  • Monitoring manpower utilization and identifying overtime issues or inefficiencies.
  • Conducting weekly quality coordination meetings with contractors and subcontractors.
  • Participation in project coordination meetings and internal/external quality audits.
  • Ensuring complete and accurate project turnover documentation, including:
    • As-built drawings
    • Updated Defects List
    • Bonds, Guarantees, and Warranties
    • Spare or excess materials (when applicable)
  • Issuance of a Compliance Certificate for Civil/Structural Works upon project completion.
